Being Present with Nature – at the Arundel Moot

Join me in person at the home of the Arundel Moot in Eartham as we explore Meditation and Present Moment Awareness practices that return us to the sanctuary of our Awakened Heart.

In September, we’ll be meditating alongside the natural world around us, connecting to the heat of Being in plants, trees, water, wildlife and of course – us!

7:45pm: Short Silence Meditation – the active peace of nature
8:00pm: Talk on Heart of Presence in the Natural World Around Us
8:20pm: Main Meditation: Being Present with Nature
8:50pm: Discussions/Comments/Feedback/Q&A
9:00pm: Session ends

About The Heart of Presence Practice 

There is an aspect of our own conscious, Aware Self, that is already fully united with the compassionate heart of Pure Being. In these Meditation/Present Moment Awareness sessions, we take the time to reconnect with that aspect of our existence and to integrate with it more fully in our everyday lives.

With simple practices that turn our attention toward the present reality of Silence, Space and Stillness, Mike Jenkins skilfully guides us though these doorways to the sanctuary and inner cloister of the Heart. There, we may discover the indescribable courage, peace, happiness and joy that has no opposite.

Silence is the greatest teacher and this moment is never separate from it.

Join us on Thursday 22nd September, from 7:30pm – 9pm.  There will be time for comments, discussion, Q&A and for us all to share our experiences of the mediation practice. And tea, obvs!
