Mike Jenkins of Heart of Presence will be hosting this month’s evening meditation focusing on Joining Together in Presence.

Reconnect with your natural state of free, open-hearted, aware Presence and live more skilfully, compassionately and courageously.

Join with us as we meet together in Present Moment Awareness.

During the meeting, Mike will lead two Guided Practice Sessions focusing on turning our attention toward:

Silence

Stillness

Space

Awareness of Awareness.

There will be an opportunity for some questions and answers and to share what you experienced during the meditation.

What Mike offers in the Heart of Presence Guided Practice Sessions is a way for you to encounter and reconnect with the deepest aspect of your individual and our collective Self.
