As winter draws around us, Wagtail Yoga continues to offer ways to help us reconnect with our natural wisdom, peace, happiness and health. Christmas can often be a time of tension, stress and overwhelm as we battle against our natural rhythms to slow down, be still, reflect and contemplate.

Join Mike Jenkins for Twilight Meditations: Mindfulness and Present Moment Awareness sessions. Drop in for 20 minutes on 2, 9 or 16 December, anytime between 6:30 and 7:30pm, to reconnect with yourself. These bitesized sessions are the perfect antidote to late night Christmas shopping. Why not enjoy a mulled wine and vegan mince pie afterwards? A little slice of peace amongst the chaos.

About this event

Join with us as we meet together in Present Moment Awareness. Hosted and led by Mike Jenkins. Register for the recurring meetings and join us once a month – 1st Tuesday of the month. You only need to register once and can then can attend any of the meetings through the year.

During the meeting, Mike will lead 2 Guided Practice Sessions focussing on turning our attention toward:

Silence

Stillness

Space

and Awareness of Awareness

Attendance is free – donations are welcome and there may be other events and gatherings scheduled that you might like to join.
