In these Meditation/Present Moment Awareness sessions\, we take the time to reconnect with that aspect of our existence and to integrate with it more fully in our everyday lives. \nWith simple practices that turn our attention toward the present reality of Silence\, Space and Stillness\, Mike Jenkins skilfully guides us though these doorways to the sanctuary and inner cloister of the Heart. There\, we may discover the indescribable courage\, peace\, happiness and joy that has no opposite. \nSilence is the greatest teacher and this moment is never separate from it. \nJoin us on Saturday 29th October\, from 11am onwards.
